We stand behind the quality of our programs and are dedicated to helping you achieve better sleep through screen-free evening practices. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer various options depending on the circumstances and the type of program purchased.

We encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns about your program before requesting a return or refund. Often, we can address issues through program adjustments, additional support, or alternative solutions.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on several factors including the type of program purchased, how much of the program has been accessed, and the timing of your request.

3.1 Digital Programs

For digital programs including downloadable materials, online courses, and digital resources:

  • Full Refund: Available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed, downloaded, or viewed more than 20% of the program content
  • Partial Refund: May be considered within 14 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis if exceptional circumstances apply
  • No Refund: After 14 days from purchase, or if more than 20% of content has been accessed, or if program materials have been fully downloaded

Once digital content is accessed or downloaded, it is considered consumed, and refunds become limited as we cannot retrieve the information you have received.

3.2 Programs with Coaching Sessions

For programs that include one-on-one coaching sessions, such as the Digital Detox Blueprint:

  • Before First Session: Full refund available if requested before your first scheduled coaching session
  • After First Session: Refund for unused coaching sessions only, minus the cost of any sessions completed and any digital materials accessed
  • Missed Sessions: Sessions you miss without 48 hours notice are considered used and non-refundable

3.3 Starter Kits and One-Time Purchases

For starter kits like the Restful Nights Kit:

  • Digital Components: Full refund within 7 days if no materials have been accessed or downloaded
  • After Access: No refund once you have accessed or downloaded any component of the kit

3.4 In-Person Workshops

For in-person workshops and consultations at our Allambie Heights location:

  • Cancellation 7+ days before: Full refund minus administrative fee of $20 AUD
  • Cancellation 3-7 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Digital programs and materials that have been fully accessed or downloaded
  • Coaching sessions that have been completed or missed without adequate notice
  • Community forum access or membership fees after access has been granted
  • Promotional or discounted programs offered at special pricing
  • Gift certificates and promotional codes
  • Programs purchased through third-party platforms (subject to their refund policies)
  • Customized or personalized program materials

5. How to Request a Refund

If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

If your original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method. Additional verification may be required.

6.2 Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Processing begins within 2 business days
  • Refund appears on your statement within 5-10 business days for credit/debit cards
  • Bank transfers may take 3-5 business days
  • PayPal and other electronic payment refunds typically process within 3-5 business days

6.3 Partial Refunds

  • Number of coaching sessions completed
  • Time elapsed since purchase

We will clearly explain the calculation and reasoning for any partial refund offered.

7. Program Cancellation

7.1 Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your enrollment in a program under certain conditions as outlined in this policy. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through your account dashboard.

7.2 Access Removal

Upon cancellation and refund:

  • Your access to program materials will be immediately revoked
  • You must delete any downloaded materials
  • Coaching sessions will be cancelled
  • Community forum access will be terminated

Continuing to use materials after receiving a refund may result in charges for the full program cost.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy. Exceptional circumstances may include:

  • Serious illness or hospitalization (documentation required)
  • Death of immediate family member (documentation required)
  • Natural disasters or emergencies affecting your ability to participate
  • Major life events that prevent program participation

9. Program Transfers

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your program materials:

  • We will work diligently to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
  • If issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be provided
  • Technical issues do not include user error, incompatible devices, or internet connectivity problems on your end

11. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that our programs:

  • Are accurately described on our website
  • Contain the content and features advertised
  • Are of acceptable quality and fit for their intended purpose
  • Provide the materials and support promised

If a program does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law, regardless of the timeframes specified in this policy.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers have certain rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:

  • A refund or replacement if programs have a major problem

  • Attempting to retain materials after receiving a refund
